Engineering Rotational Program (2026) (Project Management)
What You Will Do:
In June 2026, we will begin a new cohort of future leaders in our two-year Engineering Development Rotation Program (EDRP). This program is designed to provide new college graduates with a broad exposure to our business. Our aim is to expose you to a variety of engineering-related functions within our business and allow you to learn, grow, and choose an area of focus as you offboard into a long-term career with Clarios.
The rotational nature of this program is designed to accelerate your early career development in the organization, build a strong network, and prepare you for the rigors of engineering and designing products aligned with the Clarios business strategy. By allowing you to work across diverse projects with four 6-month rotational assignments, we aim to engage you in cross-functional job experiences and valuable networking opportunities with all levels of Clarios leadership. Assignments vary by business need, providing on-the-job learning with challenging deliverables. Upon completion, you can settle into a role that we mutually agree upon within our Product Engineering organization. Your rotational experiences enable you to experience expedited career growth and new opportunities.
