If you're a passionate game developer, and, well, a good human being, then we'd love to talk to you. We have a new AAA survival game in the works, set in a new IP for PC/Console. It's going to be amazing, and we'd love to bring you along for the ride. Together, we'll build something big, bold, and beautiful.

We are looking for an experienced Senior FPS Content Designer who wants to make amazing moment-to-moment FPS gameplay experience in the survival genre. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of FPS content, gameplay, level design, and scenario design. They can break down how players will approach a space and leverage that knowledge to create memorable experiences. Your efforts will help strengthen Blizzard's core value of Gameplay First.

We need your help with:

  • Building amazing FPS first content experiences.
  • Advocating for FPS gameplay across content design.
  • Building up rules and philosophies around FPS content.
  • Embracing Blizzard's core value of "Every voice matters," creating a safe space for collaboration, communication, and creativity across all disciplines and departments.
You're good at:
  • Creating FPS content experiences.
  • Scripting open world content.
  • Iterating with level designers to refine spaces.
  • Understanding player flow and how to leverage it.
  • Creating deep meaningful play that is also approachable.
  • Running playtests and collecting feedback.
  • Being self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
