College Navigator (Finance)
Salary Range: $48,000-58,000
FLSA Status: Salaried, Non-Exempt
Location: Snohomish County Job Training Center (near Everett Goodwill)
*NOTE: This is a grant-funded position for which funding is currently set to expire in June 2026 . It is possible for the funding to be renewed for an additional 1-2 years after this date. When the grant-funded position ends, Goodwill will work to share information about other available Mission positions for which the employee can apply.*

About the Position
The College Navigator's goal is to facilitate the enrollment of adult learners into college-level credential programs and connect them with resources to support their academic and personal success. The College Navigator is responsible for providing resource navigation, academic guidance, and support services to ELEVATE participants.
The staff will support students in their transition to post-secondary education. Support will be provided through the facilitation of barrier reduction, support navigating and completing workshops and labs, goal mapping, and on-going check-ins from initial contact to further education.
