MiraVista, a new Behavioral Health Hospital will be opening its doors in Western Massachusetts for individuals in need of psychiatric, emotional and substance use treatments in the Spring of 2021!

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing direct patient care for MiraVista's inpatient behavioral health units. Responsible for conducting initial assessments, developing initial and subsequent treatment plans, case management and completion of all medical record documentation. Maintains clinical productivity and provides an array of services i.e. individual treatment, group treatment. Coordinates care with other services providers internal and external.
Qualifications:
Education: Masters or doctorate degree in clinical field, licensure preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in providing direct patient care in mental health/substance abuse field. Expertise in treating specific age groups or diagnostic categories preferred. Experience providing short-term treatment preferred.
Skills: The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interviewing skills and possess knowledge of theories, principles and concepts.
