This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, and team-building activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute events from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and branding guidelines.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency.

• Vendor Relations: Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors, including caterers, venues, production teams, and other service providers.

• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand event requirements and deliver exceptional experiences.

• Logistics Management: Oversee event logistics, including scheduling, transportation, accommodations, and on-site coordination.

• Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, invitations, and social media campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement.

• Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in event planning, preferably in a corporate or enterprise setting.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).

• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Availability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $101,900.00 - $234,500.00
