Position Overview:
As a PTA, you will provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence through personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver rehabilitative care as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Track and document patient progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and facility policies
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Current and valid California PTA license
- CPR certification required
- Previous SNF or rehab experience preferred, but not required
- Starting rate of $40/hour, based on experience
