- Support residents in achieving greater independence through personalized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with our Occupational Therapist to implement engaging and effective treatment strategies.
- Encourage participation in daily activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.
- Document progress and celebrate every milestone—big or small!
- Be a friendly face and trusted guide for residents and their families.
- Valid Florida COTA license.
- A heart for seniors and a knack for motivating others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creativity in adapting therapy to meet individual needs.
- Experience in assisted living or geriatric care is a plus!
