Ginsburg Institute Program Manager (Finance)



Nemours is seeking a Ginsburg Institute Program Manager to work out of our Wilmington, DE location.

The Ginsburg Institute Program Manager at REACH Riverside is responsible for working with the educators, clinical team members and community partners on a multi-faceted project aimed at improving early childhood development outcomes. This Program Manager will be responsible for developing project management tools to track and ensure deliverables are achieved for the project.

Essential Functions:

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with pediatric clinicians, early childhood educators, childcare centers, and local community organizations.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and collaborative planning sessions.
  • Represent the program at community events, forums, and advisory boards.

Program Implementation
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the initiative, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination.
  • Support the integration of developmental screenings and referrals into pediatric and childcare settings.

Data & Evaluation
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program impact on kindergarten readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external evaluators to collect, analyze, and report data.
  • Use data to inform continuous quality improvement and strategic decision-making.

Grant & Budget Management
  • Assist in securing funding through grants and philanthropic partnerships.
  • Monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with funding requirements.

Additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned from time to time by employee's supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Education, Social Work, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in early childhood, public health, or community development.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and addressing social determinants of health.
  • Knowledge of kindergarten readiness frameworks (e.g., Ages & Stages Questionnaires, VPK standards).
