Construction Supervisor - YMCA of the Ozarks (Construction)

Possess knowledge and skills in all areas of Construction: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, general construction and maintenance.Works with outside agencies such as fire, health, building depts., etc. to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations related to facilities and grounds.Oversees the construction team.Oversees all phases of project from inception to completion.Advises management on maintenance issues and projects as requested.Updates facility plans periodically. May develop an annual plan of capital projects, consistent with the YMCAs strategic plan and community needs.Implement a close working relationship with all departments involved in providing our guests and campers a positive experience.Performs all other duties as assigned.
