Programs and Benefits Administrator (Project Management)
Handle H2B program applications and ensure complianceManage paperwork, provide administrative support, and ensure program adherenceFacilitate pre-onboarding, track time during the duration of the program, and oversee participant exits
TN Program Management:
Work hand in hand with consultants through coordinating and providing necessary information as requestedArrange interviews and assist with submitting offers to prospective employees, and source housing for participantsCoordinate pre-onboarding for smooth integration into the TN program and company culture
Green Card Program Management:
Handle prevailing wage filing, I-140 filing, and employee status adjustments for Green Card program participantsWork closely with legal counsel to provide required documentation and communication between applicant and counsel
Employee Benefits Administration
Coordinate and administer all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefitsPrepare and coordinate open enrollmentPrepare and maintain accurate records of employee benefits elections, contributions, and other relevant informationPrepare and submit annual benefit reports, including ACA and census reportsReview and approve monthly employee benefits billing invoicesConduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulationsConnect employees and brokers to support billing and coverage issue resolution
Other Duties
Assist Director of Personnel Development with planning and special projectsOther duties as assigned
