IT Manager, End User Support (Finance)

THE POSITION
As an IT Manager: End User Support at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end user support process. Your role will involve ensuring the timely resolution of IT issues, providing technical support to end users, and driving continuous improvement in the support services.
You will report directly to our Workplace Employee Experience Leader and work out of our Morris Plains, NJ, Charlotte, NC, or Houston, TX locations on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT services. You will be responsible for managing the end user support team, coordinating with other IT teams, and driving continuous improvement in support processes.
