IAM Certification Manager VP (Finance)



Global Cybersecurity (GCS) protects State Street and its clients from the impact of cyber-attacks against systems by understanding the risks these attacks present and mitigating them through a robust, continuously evolving, cybersecurity program and control environment.

Cyber Identity & Access Management (IAM) is one of five functions that make up GCS. IAM designs, deploys, and continually enhances security measures for the protection of State Street's information related to its assets and customers.

This IAM Manager, VP will sit in the GCS cyber office of CISO sub-function in IAM. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day processes and resources for a centralized certification function. Manager is responsible timely and accurate completion of all certification functions and compiling certification metrics. located in Quincy and 4-6 functional staff located in India. Other responsibility areas are listed below.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as resource manager for 9-12 direct reports responsible for task assignment, performance management and career coaching
  • Supervise task assignments for 4-6 staff located in India and coordinate with local manager on performance management
  • Manage the end-to-end processes for 10+ types of SailPoint and manual email-based certifications ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Participate in certification related reviews by internal and external auditors, regulator and other parties and oversee timely and accurate delivery of evidence to testing parties
  • Partner with IAM Certification Specialist and SailPoint Development partners to identify and implement fixes and enhancements
  • Supervise compilation of monthly enterprise Key Control Indicators associated with department certification functions

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with one or more SailPoint certification function
  • Knowledge of IAM principles and technologies.
  • Demonstrated skills with metric creation and analysis.
  • Expertise in remediation audit and regulatory issues.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or business field
  • 8-10 years extensive experience in IAM functions or platforms
  • Demonstrated experience managing an operations function including resource management
  • Proven ability to establish and manage performance priorities for operations staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively consult and influence stakeholders.

Location: Quincy

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $187,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
