As a Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to support our Forge Connectivity customers in the Northeast US region. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ensure the successful implementation and operation of our connectivity solutions. Your problem-solving skills and customer focus will be crucial in delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager, and you will work out of our Northeast US location.

In this role, you will impact the success of our Forge Connectivity solutions by providing on-site support, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide on-site technical support for Forge Connectivity customers in the Northeast US region.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of our connectivity solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Your problem-solving skills and customer focus will be crucial in delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering or a related role.
  • Ability to travel 50% to customer sites.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in connectivity solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
