Supervisor, Crisis Services (Personal Services)
Provide daily supervision, counseling, and performance management of assigned staff, including conducting 90-day and annual performance evaluations.
Direct, supervise, train, and evaluate staff through individual and group supervision.
Develop staff competencies, address performance issues, and empower team members to meet current and future organizational needs.
Oversee staff scheduling, work assignments, and priorities to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor and manage staff schedules to maximize effectiveness and appropriate use of time.
Lead team meetings to communicate organizational updates and initiatives.
Assist in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets.
Audit clinical documentation for quality, timeliness, and compliance.
Ensure staff maintain current credentialing, licensure, and privileging.
Provide input on department policies and procedures and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and program specifications.
Develop and lead training initiatives to foster clinical excellence and continuous learning.
Collaborate with leadership to address compliance, ethics, and program performance.
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to provide clinical consultation to staff conducting pre-admission screenings.
Provide supervision to staff in other Clinical Care Division departments as needed.
