Recruitment Manager (Transportation)

Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Recruiting Manager. This position will be based out of our operations center, located in Hummelstown, PA.

The Recruiting Manageris responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process with a strong emphasis on speed, efficiency, and candidate quality. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to optimize workflows, pipeline candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute high-velocity recruiting strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals across multiple business units.Lead and mentor a team of recruiters focused on high-volume hiring needsOverseeing the recruiting teams onboarding support processCollaborate with department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies
Responsibilities:
Manage requisition workflows, candidate pipelines, and communication within the iCIMS ATS platform.Monitor and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, etc.) to drive data-informed decisions.Ensure a best-in-class candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.Partner with VP Operations to continuously improve the recruitment process and reduce time-to-hire.Stay current on recruiting best practices, trends, and compliance requirements.
