Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Part-Time Reservations Sales Agent to join the team in Chicago's Gold Coast!

Classification: Part-Time

Shift: Various - open availability- must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate : The pay rate for this role is $23.50 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What Will I Be Doing?

As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will play an instrumental role in assisting the hotel by driving opportunities to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. The focus of this role is to generate guest rooms and suites sales while optimizing operational efficiencies to exceed performance objectives. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Present, promote and sell hotel rooms, suites and additional services by using superior product knowledge while assisting guests in booking reservations.
• Adhere to the Forbes Five Star Travel Guide standards
• Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and processes, and generate a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, and selling techniques
• Initiate and prepare reports as needed.
• Audit OnQ PM for reservation accuracy, specifically special requests, coding issues and billing requirement
