Management Analyst (Finance)



Successful candidate will create/modify/and maintain Cost and Acquisition Analysis Department (CAAD) Site Collections, sub-sites, pages at the Department, Division, Branch, and Contract and/or Project level without the CAAD SharePoint Online (SPO) structures.

Candidate will also maintain permissions by adding/removing individuals' access to various site collections within the CAAD SPO structure. This requires the candidate check planners for new hires and departures.

Candidate will manage the existing Power Automate and Power Apps features built into the CAAD site collections. Some of the include automated organizational structure and an automated muster features, as well as Forms connections. Candidate MUST have working knowledge of Microsoft OFS365 products, including SPO, Outlook, Planner, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, etc.

Candidate will provide site collection tours on a quarterly basis to familiarize new workforce with content. Additionally, candidate will provide training to supervisors and/or workforce on new site features.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining logos and graphics utilized for development within the site collections, at designated locations; linking content to site following existing style guides, data management plans and standards where they exist (provided by the Government); recommending styles, data management structures and standards where there are none; attending meetings with CAAD supervisors and office managers, when needed to support SPO Site Collection and other automation efforts; and leveraging and integrating AI where possible, including recommending AI business solutions to CAAD supervisors.

Candidate must possess critical thinking skills, strong communication skills (writing, verbal), flexibility to change direction as required, and ability to work both independently, as well as within a team environment. This work must be performed on-site and requires a security clearance.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years' related SPO and power automate experience is desired.

Education: A BS degree in an IT-related field is desired, but not required. Strong understanding of SPO and power apps, forms is required.
