 Job Summary:

The IS department is seeking an Integrations leader within the Information Services department, responsible for overseeing the management, deployment, and optimization of Integrations between systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportations Management Systems (TMS), Customer EDI, and other critical enterprise applications. This role requires a strong background in programming and integration, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of collaborating with multiple vendors to integrate systems.

Essential Position Functions: 

1. Manage the lifecycle of integration systems, from planning and design to implementation and support. 

2. Work with business systems analysts to gather requirements and define the scope of work for new and existing systems. 

3. Ensure the security and compliance of integration services. 

4. Identify opportunities for improvement. 

5. Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability, proactively addressing issues and minimizing service interruptions. 

6. Work closely with a team of application administrators and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 

7. Collaborate with IS leaders and business stakeholders to ensure support and business processes. 

8. Ensure integrations align with partner requirements, industry best practices, and comply with relevant standards. 

9. Manage and coordinate software releases to ensure compliance, functionality, testing, and deployment across the enterprise. 

Education and Experience:

1. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for a degree. 

2. 5 – 8 years of experience in integrations with ERP and/or WMS systems. 

3. 5 – 8 years of hands-on experience in programming languages.

4. Proven experience leading integrations between critical systems.

5. Small-medium project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. 

6. In-depth knowledge of ERP, WMS, and related enterprise technologies. 

7. Infor M3 ERP knowledge is a plus. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including visualizations, and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.

2. Results-oriented and detail-oriented

3. Possess intermediate knowledge of ERP, WMS, and EDI systems, including an understanding of master data versus transactional data. Capable of transporting data in real-time in and out of systems while ensuring scalability and security. Proficient in Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL

4. Experience with protocols and concepts around data transport: API, AS2, X12, SSL, encryption, sFTP, SMB, CIFS, JSON, XML, Base64, TCP/IP, SMTP.

5. Skilled at learning new technologies, applications, and industry trends.

6. Ability to communicate complex issues to varying levels of people in a professional, positive, friendly, and understandable manner.

7. High capability to manage different vendors and consultants.  

8. Able to allocate time efficiently; manage multiple systems and deliverables while concurrently managing competing priorities.

9. Demonstrated personal and business maturity to influence people, manage large workloads, systems & process thinking, and business acumen.

10. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and be able to wear many hats.

11. Organizational and multitasking skills.

12. Self-assured, accountable, and committed to achieving results.

13. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Databases, and relevant file formats

14. Knowledge of the food manufacturing industry is preferred.

 

Physical Demands and Working Conditions: 

1. Office environment. 

2. Travel up to 20% of the time. 

Exempt only:  This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
