Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Description:
Performs various functions to support the manufacturing of pigment in accordance with quality standards and production schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Follow directions, policies, written job instructions, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Manufacturing products according to specifications and work orders
- Monitor product quality against established parameters
- Conduct inspections on raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods
- Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets
- Document relevant information accurately and efficiently
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and communication purposes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly when needed
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma OR GED Required
- Shift Flexible
- Able to read/write/speak and comprehend English with fluency
- Must be able to pass Physical Assessment
- Previous Manufacturing experience is preferred
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by export laws of the US. In order to be eligible, you must be either a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
