Lead R&O Maint Technician (Finance)



In this role you will lead a team that maintains and repairs manufacturing equipment. You will work under minimal supervision and support some of the world's most talented production maintenance technicians. You will use your maintenance technician expertise to conduct preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. You will lead, direct the work of, mentor and train other maintenance technicians.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.As a Lead R&O Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of our equipment and systems.
