Head of Digital Sales Operations (Information Technology)
Responsibilities:
• Be a trusted advisor to the SVP of Global Digital Sales
• Measure the impact of operations and strategic initiatives by gathering and synthesizing relevant data including operational metrics, analyzing the data, and presenting findings in both verbal and written formats
• Communicate both quantitative and qualitative informed conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership and digital sales leaders that is tailored to the needs and requirements of the business
• Collaborate on the design and management of the Global Digital Sales organization performance management dashboards and regularly review of leading and lagging indicators. (Productivity metrics, quota attainment, program performance, pipeline generation, forecasting, indirect sales profitability, bookings, headcount tracking- hiring, attrition, gap coverage, etc.)
• Establish and handle the operational business cadence including pipeline reviews, forecast reviews, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and annual planning cycles of the Global Digital Sales Organization
• Lead investment analysis to support the development of business cases to determine the highest ROI on strategic initiatives across the Global Digital Sales team (TAM analysis, new market penetration, new routes to market evaluation, etc.)
• Serve as a center of excellence for trusted insight and analysis to support both strategic initiatives and ad hoc business needs within the Global Digital Sales team.
• Design models to solve business problems and, where appropriate, manage integration of the insights into regular operational reporting
• Support departmental need for ad-hoc reporting and presentations, including business reviews and management presentations, as well as deep-dive analysis to uncover opportunities for growth and optimization within the field teams
• Ensure key deliverable updates are made in a timely manner and are coordinated across systems including salesforce.com.
• Provide routine and ad hoc administration within salesforce.com and other primary business tools including account management and data hygiene tasks.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS Degree, MBA preferred
• 8+ Years of experience in sales, sales operations, marketing, business planning, and strategic planning
• Excellent proficiency with SFDC (SalesForce), Outreach, and Marketo, and Tableau
• Strong attention to detail combined with high-level vision
• Positive attitude and flexibility when faced with fast-paced, complex challenges
• Excellent strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making
• A motivated self-starter with a high energy level
• Proven skills at cultivating strong working relationships and working well within a team to learn and share knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to comprehensively and clearly present strategic issues and solutions to senior leadership
