Responsibilities:
Responsible for applying pesticides in support of landscape maintenance and tree care operations. Organizes, schedules and performs specific on-site job tasks efficiently. Accurately identify the target pest, calibrate equipment and apply pesticides according to recommended label rates. Complete reports, maintain equipment and chemical storage area.Supervise and train personnel in safe pesticide application. The Plant Health Care Tech may be asked to conduct annual pesticide training as required by the State.
