Construction Generalist - YMCA of the Ozarks (Construction)

Interpret and analyze blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine project layout, required dimensions, and materials.
Removing damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace.
Inspect, Install, and repair ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures.
Read plans and frame structure accordingly.
Lead in layout with joists, walls, trusses.
Must be able to precisely measure, cut, and assemble the framing lumber needed to build custom residential houses.
Preferred to have completed all state-required classes and apprentice work, and possess a journeyman's card
Oversees all phases of project completion.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
