Sourcing Manager - Hybrid (Finance)
Join Vitalant's mission to save and improve lives through blood donation and beyond! As the Manager of Sourcing, you'll lead a team of six Sourcing Managers dedicated to delivering value and driving innovation across our organization. In this role, you'll oversee strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage complex RFPs-all while improving processes that support our life-saving work. Collaborating with the Procurement Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure we have the right supplies, services, and equipment to meet organizational needs while mitigating risk and maximizing value.
Your leadership will be key in optimizing supplier relationships, implementing cost-containment strategies, and ensuring compliance with standards-all with the goal of continuous improvement in how we operate and serve our communities.
What to Expect
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Location: Hybrid work location working on-site in Scottsdale, AZ National Headquarters Monday - Wednesday and working in a remote/ at-home office Thursday and Friday.

Requirements
Knowledge/Education
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
2. Master's degree preferred.
Licenses/ Certifications: CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply
Management) preferred.
Experience:
Seven years of related experience required. To include Five years of sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management experience and Two years supervisory experience required.
Healthcare Supply Chain Management experience preferred.
Experience in Workday preferred.
Project Management Experience preferred.
