What You'll Get to Do
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will collaborate with Regional Leadership to set sales targets for the Sales team and ensure the sales targets are achievable and align with company strategy. This role will develop and implement sales strategies under the direction of the Regional Sales VP or Director that align with the company's goals and objectives across both business units – Glass and Metal. You will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve their sales targets and goals.
This role will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with customers, our sales team and internal partners. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
