You'll be the warm, reassuring first impression for incoming residents and their families—and a vital part of making their transition into our care smooth and stress-free.
📝 What You'll Be Doing: (Summary)
- Greet and guide new residents and families through the admission process
- Collect and review essential documents, forms, and signatures
- Coordinate room assignments, update records, and manage bed availability
- Provide residents with all necessary admission materials (rights, contracts, etc.)
- Collaborate with nursing and other departments to ensure seamless transitions
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation
- Use office tools like computers, 10-key calculators, and multi-line phones regularly
✔️ What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of clerical or admissions experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with resident care environments a plus
- Team player with a heart for service and a proactive attitude
