Vice President- Services (Project Management)

The Vice President-Services supports Human Technologies mission of Creating Employment for People with Disabilities by providing the strategic direction and oversight for the planning and implementation of operations initiatives for the companys current and future lines of business in a manner which maintains or increases employment and ensures the work is sustainable and profitable.
Collaborates with and provides guidance to all non-operational support departments to ensure alignment with business plans, and ensures all direct reports are educated, trained, and competent to perform their roles and responsibilities.
Actively participates at the executive level in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of company policies and procedures, and keeps other officers appraised of issues important to the organization.
Sets the standards and expectations for the organizations operational performance.
Supervises: Director of Environmental Services & Director of Facilities Management Services.
Internally collaborates with: Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President Services.
Externally collaborates with: Customers, Suppliers, SourceAmerica, New York State Industries for the Disabled (NYSID), Unique Source, regulatory agencies.
