Senior Development Manager (Finance)
The Senior Development Manager is a key member of the Development team, reporting directly to the Director of Development, and plays a critical role in supporting and driving the overall fundraising goals of Birch Family Services. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of development initiatives that include event management, donor engagement and stewardship, fundraising analytics, and individual and corporate giving.

Qualifications
Qualifying candidates should have the following:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in philanthropy, communication, marketing or related field.
Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in development.

Salary Minimum: 75000Salary Maximum: 85000
