Housekeeper (Maintenance)
The Housekeepers' primary responsibility will provide a full range of housekeeping services to maintain resident apartments, and upkeep around the common areas of the facility.
Maintain cleaning schedules for assigned areas and resident apartments.
Report unsafe/hazardous conditions, defective equipment, etc. to the supervisor.
Honor residents' personal and property.
Housekeeper Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a housekeeper in an apartment-like facility or hotel
Housekeepers must have a thorough understanding of principles of safe and effective practices within the state.
Must be a team player and be able to work closely with all departments.
