Account Development Representative (Legal)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop domain expertise in the application and positioning of Information Governance services for your territory. These services include eDiscovery, Data Migration, Microsoft Purview (Compliance & Security) , Flex IG Talent and other Professional Services.
  • Position Epiq to become a trusted advisor to clients, prospects, Microsoft, and other partners while working to identify new opportunities to upsell within their business.
  • Qualify client prospects through specific marketing campaigns and sales plays utilizing direct phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Coordinate Microsoft sales events (Regional/Industry events, Co-sell days, etc), track outcomes and follow up on leads
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can jump start long sales cycles of multiple solutions.
  • Develop fact-based qualified leads through active listening, sharing client relevant solution content via LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media outlets.
  • Stay informed of current events in our target accounts and the industry at large in order to understand how Epiq's services can best add value for prospective clients.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing prospects through creative follow-up communications designed to nurture client interest in Epiq and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.com following our sales and marketing processes
  • Partner with Account Directors and Area Sales Directors within Epiq and Microsoft to align the prospecting strategies in the market and meet annual revenue targets.
  • Execute a new logo territory prospecting plan to identify the needs of new potential clients.
  • Create great first impressions with our prospects and clients by providing them with a world class experience.
  • Schedule and attend sales calls, customer meetings and presentations with your assigned Account Directors and Microsoft sellers.
  • Meet daily prospecting goals for your assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience in managed services, consulting services and/or professional services prospecting at the C and/or VP level is requited.
  • Experience in Information Governance, eDiscovery and Microsoft Purview is a plus.
  • Proven high-achiever with a track record of selling success where you've met or exceeded goals.
  • Must be tech savvy with working experience of salesforce.com, sales automation tools (e.g. Outreach, SalesLoft, Xant, etc.) social media tools and techniques, and knowledge of sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm, competitive fire, self-motivation and strong team skills.
  • Pick up quickly on new technology, solutions, verticals and sales strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator – Presentation and articulation of complex details, value proposition and ability to instill confidence in clients.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Candidates based in California, Colorado, New York or Washington:

The Compensation range for this role is 89,245.80 - 178,491.60 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
