We're seeking a Brand Experience Project Director to lead the development and activation of experiential programs for high-profile clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing campaigns from concept to execution-integrating strategy, creative, production, and client management-while driving operational rigor, mentoring project teams, and delivering measurable impact. The ideal candidate is both a client-facing leader and a project operations expert: someone who can balance creative ambition with financial discipline, resolve challenges with confidence, and inspire teams to deliver best-in-class brand experiences.

What we look for
$80,000 - $120,000 a year
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
