IT Field Technician – End User Support (Information Technology)

As we continue to grow across multiple states, we are expanding our IT infrastructure to support our dynamic operations and ensure seamless service delivery to our partners.We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled IT Field Technician - End User Support to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a hands-on position that combines on-site troubleshooting with remote user assistance--perfect for someone with strong IT experience and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices
Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and basic networking needs
Provide timely remote assistance using support tools
Learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
Communicate clearly with end users to resolve technical issues


Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT support roles
Proficiency with Office 365 and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Reliable transportation; must be willing to travel regionally every few weeks (up to 4- hour radius)
Available to work Monday-Saturday (with Sunday and one weekday off)
