Concierge (Personal Services)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure guests follow safety protocols.
Assist residents with general requests, including transportation scheduling, event information, and service coordination.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Provide support to community leadership and departments with clerical tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, document preparation).
Respond to emergencies appropriately, following community protocols and contacting the proper staff or emergency personnel.
Help promote resident engagement by providing information about daily activities and events.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
Experience working in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficient with phone systems, basic office equipment, and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine desire to serve seniors.
Work Environment:
Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on facility needs.
Must comply with community safety protocols and health regulations.
