Safe Harbor Kittery Point is seeking an outgoing and dependable self-starter to join our team as a Member Services Specialist. This role provides exceptional customer service while also supporting our team with front- and back-office operations. A knowledge of boat types, boat components, and marine parts is a plus. Position is full time (Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm) with benefits. Hourly pay based on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Phone and customer reception
Provide support to Business Manager & Service Managers
Act as liaison between customers and Customer Service Representatives as needed
New customer/boat data entry
Work order and estimate creation
Invoice editing & generation
Support payment collection efforts in a timely manner
Parts Department support
Office organization and cleaning
Other duties as assigned by Manager


Technical and Physical Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior marina experience preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Ability to lift 20 pounds
