Early Career Manager (Finance)



JOB DESCRIPTION

The Early Technology Career Manager will execute a strategy that supports the recruitment and development of a diverse pipeline of early to entry level career engineers for the Technology programs. This role is accountable for the North America-based Technology organization as a critical part of the Global program office.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the Global Development Program Lead, execute on the strategic direction and prioritized activities within the North America recruiting strategy to support the Global framework design.
  • Manage the execution of early career recruiting efforts for the North America programs including job requisitions, initial HR screens to assess candidate qualifications, and the offer creation process. Scope includes the full-time early and entry career hires as well as the internship hires that feed the full-time pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Global Development Program Lead to refine and improve the recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of the North America based programs and the broader global framework.
  • Collaborate with recruitment counterparts in the global engineering centers to ensure alignment and understanding of the global framework.
  • Execute sourcing strategies that engage the broader Technology community in the recruitment process as an extension of the Global program office.
  • Serve as a source of expertise on recruiting early career talent on campus and beyond. Develop strong partnerships with universities and professional societies that are defined in the North America recruiting strategy. In this capacity, this role will seek and organize engagement opportunities with key colleges, universities, and training program providers.
  • Leverage Handshake career platform to broaden candidate outreach by building and leading virtual campaign strategies designed for the required participant profile.
  • Develop and implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the Global Development Program Lead to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the ongoing development of a robust strategy to access talent, including diversification of requirements, recruiting channels, outreach, and partnership with organizations that specialize in racially diverse, underserved, former military and gender equality placement of individuals with development from an array of experiences.
  • Serve as a key member of the global program office by supporting the delivery of North America programs' milestones and events.
  • Be a champion for gender and domestic racial diversity and inclusion recruitment efforts to support meaningful change in demographics that align with the customers we serve.
  • Understand and stay abreast of market dynamics, competitive landscape and emerging trends in the talent acquisition discipline and early career specialty to enhance the effectiveness of our efforts.
  • Represent the organization at key internal and external events.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Chubb is seeking an experienced professional who can advance the strategy, execution, and outcomes of Global Technology Early Career Talent Acquisition practices and efforts in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Combination of 5-6 years of relevant campus recruitment and early career program management experience required
  • Experience and comfort with maintaining partnerships with universities and other external entities required
  • Technical acumen or direct experience with supporting a technology team preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of success in executing early career recruiting, utilizing both traditional and non-traditional channels preferred
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms for virtual campaign strategies preferred
  • Proven ability to influence others and build relationships internally in a matrix organization required
  • Proven experience as a company representative and external ambassador for the organization required
  • Excellent communication skills and highly effective in stakeholder engagement required
