Project Manager (Information Technology)



Job Summary

Kloeckner Metals is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join its growing IT organization. This role will support high-impact initiatives including ERP deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and M&A integrations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can influence stakeholders, drive execution, and thrive in a culture of innovation and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle project management for initiatives ranging from $500K to multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Support deployment and rebuild of proprietary ERP systems, including a major rollout in Mexico.
  • Manage infrastructure upgrades, including a large-scale laptop refresh.
  • Contribute to M&A integration efforts as Kloeckner expands its North American footprint.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Influence and drive outcomes through leadership presence and stakeholder engagement.

 Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Project or Product Management.
  • Proven success managing:
    • M&A projects and/or
    • Complex ERP implementations and/or
    • Infrastructure projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

 Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and FreshService.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and enterprise IT environments.

 Work Environment

  • Preference for onsite presence in Roswell, GA (5 days/week).
  • Remote work available for candidates outside a 2-hour radius of Atlanta.
