Logistics Analyst (Acquisition Logistician)
Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL

Offset Strategic Services (OSS) is seeking a Logistics Analyst to provide acquisition logistics support to the Army's Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation and the Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (PM UAS) Project Office. This position integrates logistics functions across the full system lifecycle to ensure cohesive support for fielding, sustainment, and modernization efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Logistics Management Specialist supporting PM UAS programs.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate logistics operations, integrating supply, maintenance, procurement, provisioning, transportation/transportability, training, and fielding.
  • Apply knowledge of DoD acquisition policies to ensure product planning, development, acquisition, and fielding plans are synchronized with program requirements.
  • Utilize Accountable Property System of Record (ASPR) COLTS and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) for property accountability, audits, and compliance.
  • Support Memoranda of Agreement between Product Offices and other government agencies for maintenance-related actions.
  • Provide sustainment and maintenance planning expertise for Uncrewed Aircraft Systems, including field/sustainment maintenance, Modification Work Orders (MWOs), and obsolescence mitigation.
  • Prepare contract modification documentation to transfer property and ensure full traceability from manufacturer to end user.
  • Support CLS/PBL sustainment contracts by monitoring contractor performance, reviewing deliverables, and preparing task orders or modifications.
  • Train and coordinate with unit personnel on receipt, inspection, storage, and administration of expendable and durable equipment.
  • Support demonstrations, new equipment training (NET), and fielding events by ensuring movement, sustainment, and accountability of equipment and resources.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 8 years logistics experience; 16 years of logistics experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition and sustainment policies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with COLTS and/or DPAS systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport; up to 25% travel required.
